Everything we're most often asked about the guides, the purchase process, and what to expect.
ABOUT THE GUIDES
Each guide is a PDF covering a specific area of cybersecurity, broken into numbered modules. The exact contents are listed on that guide's own product page before you buy.
Length varies by guide — the free primer is a short read, while specialization guides like Halo Collection or Grid Collection are longer and meant to be worked through over several sessions.
All Cyberiatnix guides are PDF documents. We don't currently produce video content.
It depends on the guide. Free Packset and Path Pack assume nothing. From Origin Set onward, each product page states what you should already know before starting.
Once downloaded, the PDF is yours to keep with no expiry. See our Instant Access Policy for full details.
We revise a guide whenever the tools or practices it covers change meaningfully. Recent revisions are listed on our Latest Updates page.
THE PURCHASE PROCESS
After payment is confirmed, you'll be able to download the PDF immediately, and a copy of the download link is also sent to the email you used at checkout.

Yes. Once downloaded, guides are available to study offline on your own device — no ongoing connection is required.
OUTCOMES
That depends on the guide, your background, and how much time you put in. We describe what each guide teaches rather than a timeline for results, since that varies too much person to person.
If a guide isn't a fit, get in touch — our Refund Policy explains when a refund is available, generally while the material remains unopened.
Yes, you can reach us by email with questions about a guide's content or your purchase. We don't offer 1:1 coaching or mentoring.
Not currently. Cyberiatnix is a catalog of self-paced guides rather than a community platform.
TECHNICAL & PAYMENTS
Email us and we'll do our best to help clarify a specific point. For hands-on practice questions, each guide also points to the legal environments it references.
Yes, within the terms of our Refund Policy — generally available while the digital materials remain unaccessed.
